Public projects

  • Statistical rigorous framework for Digital Soil Mapping
Statistical rigorous framework for Digital Soil Mapping

Framework for Digital Soil Mapping, extending machine-learning workflows to support uncertainty quantification and statistical inference at both local and land-use scales. Applied to the 2025 Cmon dataset in Flanders, the framework produces maps of soil organic carbon, bulk density, pH and soil texture, with reproducible workflows and validation against design-based estimates.

  • Integrated Process Modeling Software
    Integrated Process Modeling Software

Integrated Process Modelling (IPM) combines experimental and manufacturing data to understand, optimize and control pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The work applies statistical modelling and simulation for process optimization, risk assessment and control-strategy development. Part of the model for assay-validation is freely available as a demo application.
